We had the pleasure of meeting with Matt and Scott for an estimate and consultation, and it was a fantastic experience. Matt introduced us to the concept of Value Engineering, offering smart, practical advice on how to manage costs without sacrificing quality. He also presented several flexible options for how we could collaborate, taking into account that we already had architectural plans, a structural analysis, and some renovation experience of our own. We came away from the meeting feeling confident in Matt’s knowledge and impressed by the depth of experience he and his team at Ziebart bring—especially with the unique challenges of updating a 1961 single-family home. Great experience from start to finish working with the team at Ziebart Construction. We couldn’t have asked for a better project manager than Eric Zappe! He went above and beyond keeping in constant communication with us and taking the time to thoroughly address any concerns we had. Eric also assembled a dependable and friendly team of subcontractors who all did quality work and kept a clean construction zone throughout the process. We are ecstatic about the results of our expanded shower and newly renovated bathroom!
